Privacy note

Short version: your details are used to reply to you and to do the work. They are not sold, not shared, and not used for anything you did not ask for.

What is collected

When you send the quote form, what you type is collected: your name, phone number, email address, the service and area you selected, the rough size and frequency, and any notes you add. Nothing else. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no analytics profiling on this site.

What it is used for

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing your quote
• Arranging and carrying out the work, if you go ahead
• Invoicing and keeping the records a small business is required to keep

Marketing emails

The quote form has an optional tick box for occasional emails — cleaning tips and seasonal availability. It is unticked by default, ticking it is entirely optional, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your quote or your service.

If you do tick it, every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can stop them at any time by replying or emailing ramsderak@gmail.com. This follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): commercial email is only sent to people who have asked for it or who are existing clients.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the services needed to run the site — the web host and the email service that delivers messages. Your information is never sold, rented, traded or given to any other company for their own marketing.

How long it is kept

Quote enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for about a year, in case you come back. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and bookkeeping purposes, which in Canada is generally six years.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email ramsderak@gmail.com or call (437) 849-8255 and it will be dealt with.
